A Perfect 2 Days Journey in Ninh Binh

Day 1: Hanoi - Hoa Lu - Tam Coc – Mua cave (L/D)

8:30: Our tour guide will pick you up in Hanoi and take you to Ninh Binh province.

9h15 : Have a short break for 20 minutes to relax.

10h15-10h30: Arrive at restaurant and start cycling 20 minutes to Hoa Lu ancient capital, then park the bicycle and walk to visit Hoa Lu. This is the first capital of Vietnam, you will be impressed by the outstanding architecture when entering Temples of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, built in the 17th century.

(If you prefer not to cycle, we will transfer you by bus to Hoa Lu, where our tour guide will meet you and guide you to the temples. After the visit, we will transfer you back to Restaurant)

11h30:  Continue cycling tour 30 minutes more around the village to discover the life of local people and come back to restaurant.

12h00: Have Buffet Lunch at Restaurant designed in a 5-star style. You can have a panoramic view of the poetic mountain and river scenery of Ninh Binh while enjoying the delicious foods.

Note: Vegetarian food is always available at the buffet lunch.

13h00 - 13h30: Visit Tam Coc, by 1.5 hours on the boat ride. During the boat trip, you will be surprised by the charming beauty here with paddy fields, river, water, cloud, sky and stunning cave system. All make a masterpiece which Vietnamese people called “ Halong Bay on land”.

16h00: Get on the bus to go to Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). After a short ride, you'll walk up nearly 500 steps to reach the summit of Lying Dragon Mountain. Once at the top, you'll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of Tam Coc.

17h00: The minivan will transfer you to Hotel/ Bungalow.

17h30: Check in the room.

19h00 - 19h30: Have dinner at a Hotel/ Bungalow or Restaurant nearby.

Day 2 : Bai Dinh Pagoda – Trang An boat trip – Hanoi (B/L)

7h30: Have breakfast at the Hotel/ Bungalow then be ready for the trip.

9h30 – 9h45: Get picked up by minivan from Hotel/ Bungalow and join our group at Restaurant.

10h30: Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda – the most famous & biggest Pagoda in Southeast Asia with many records set such as 500 Stone – Arhat Statues , 36 ton – bronze Bell, 100 ton – Buddha Statue…

12h30: Have Buffet Lunch at Restaurant designed in a 5-star style. You can have a panoramic view of the poetic mountain and river scenery of Ninh Binh while enjoying the delicious foods.

13h30 - 13h45:  Visit Trang An, a World Heritage Site recognized by UNESCO in 2014. There, you can spend 1.5 hours on the boat ride to enjoy the beauty of this place, which has a beautiful tunnel cave system and appears in the New Version of Kong in 2016 – “Skull Island”.

16h00: Get on the Bus to return to Hanoi.

18h00 – 18h30: Arrive in Hanoi and get dropped off at the Hotel. The trip ends!!

1. Child 1-4 years old: Free charge, sharing the service with parents
   Surcharge will be applied If you request a private seat for child from 1-4 years old:
   - Thaco Limousine : 12 USD/Seat
   - Shuttle Bus : 8 USD /Seat

2. Child from 5 to 8 charge 75% adult and use services as an adult ( Applied for 1 child, the second child will be charged 100% of adult price)

3. Child from 09 and above charge as adult

Programs & schedules are subject to change without prior notice due to the weather conditions or external factors.

On weekend, some roads will not allow vehicles to make room for the walking street, therefore our Thaco Limousine/ Shutter Bus will drop you off at the closest and suitable point in the Old Quarter instead.
