From the upper station, pass through the Thanh Van Dac Lo Heavenly Gate and enter the magnificent world of clouds and mountains.

Located at an altitude of more than 2,000 meters, Bich Van Thien Tu Pagoda welcomes visitors and Buddhist pilgrims with its distinctive Vietnamese architectural style, surrounded by mist and mountain scenery.

As you walk amidst the sound of temple bells echoing through the clouds and mountain winds, at an altitude of approximately 3,000 meters, you will see the majestic 21.5-meter bronze statue of Amitabha Buddha, standing solemnly among the clouds and gazing compassionately toward the earth.

In this peaceful and sacred setting, surrounded by the fresh shoots of rhododendrons, raspberries, peach and plum trees as spring approaches, visitors can experience a sense of serenity, love and hope.

From the Great Buddha Statue, the Arhat Path, home to 18 bronze Arhat statues, each approximately 2.5 meters high, leads visitors to the Kim Son Bao Thang Pagoda complex, featuring the ancient beauty of traditional Vietnamese wooden pagodas inspired by the architecture of the 15th–16th centuries.

Guests can pay respects to the Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara statue and visit the Mountain God Shrine.

The surrounding landscape is also adorned with centuries-old rhododendron trees. As spring arrives, they begin to bloom in beautiful shades of white, yellow, red, pink and purple.

Finally, after climbing 600 green stone steps, guests will reach the summit of Fansipan, at an altitude of 3,143 meters above sea level, known as the “Roof of Indochina.”
